We deliver to most addresses within 8km from our outlet. Charges may be applied. (Terms & Condition applies)
What is the delivery time?
· We deliver on Monday to Saturday; we do not deliver on Sunday & Public holidays (until further notice).
· You can choose your preferred delivery day & time with the reference timetable below.

Is there any minimum or charges for delivery?
· The minimum order is RM 30, RM 5 will be applied for each order.
· Extra charges will be applied for delivery to destinations other than Kuala Lipis township. Terms and Conditions applied.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items are in stock unless ‘OUT OF STOCK’ is indicated. If any items are unavailable after orders are placed, we will inform you by email, WhatsApp or in-app chat box. We will offer you a refund for your Ria e-wallet if the item in your item list is no available.
Can I deliver to another address other than my account billing address?
Yes, customers can request to deliver the groceries to any other address as stated at “DELIVERY ADDRESS” which is located within our coverage. Users can add new addresses in Personal Information.
How do I know my order is successfully submitted?
You will receive an email acknowledgement containing the order number and order details, otherwise, it may be shown in the app as “ORDER RECEIVED”. If you do not receive any confirmation via email or the order does not show “ORDER RECEIVED” due to a technical problem and are concerned if we have received your order, please do not hesitate to WhatsApp us at 011-1246 0569 or email email@example.com.
What if there are missing or wrong items received from my order?

Can I self-collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order at our outlet Pasar Mini Ria Sdn Bhd, 4-digit collection must be shown to the cashier for verification before the collection of goods.
What is the minimum order for self-pick up?
The minimum order for self-pick up is RM30
Can I choose the date to pick up my order?
You can choose the preferred date during checkout. Our Pick-up time is 1000 to 2000, Monday to Sunday (except Public Holiday)
What if I forgot to pick up my order on the chosen date?
You may collect it the next day. Please note we are unable to guarantee the freshness of the perishable goods. If you do not collect the order from us within 24 hours, your order will be deemed picked and no refund will be issued. This is because perishable goods cannot be stored for a long time.
