Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us for an exchange or we will arrange a refund to your Ria e-Wallet account for future use.
All goods must be returns within 7 days from the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
There are 2 options to return an item,
1. you can hand it to the driver at the time of delivery, or
2. you can bring the items to our store PICK UP Counter along with the receipts of purchases. (If you need exchange item)
After receiving your returned items, we will inspect the condition of your item before the process of refunding. Please allow at least 2 days from the receiving of your item to process your return. A refund will reflect in your Ria Wallet account. We will notify you by email or message when your return has been processed.
